Privacy policy

What we collect

• Deal submissions. What you enter in the submit form, including your email if you give it. We use it to check the deal and, if needed, to ask you about it.
• "Get deal" clicks. When you click one, we record the tool, the page you clicked from, your country and the time. We don't store your IP address or set a cookie.
• Analytics. Pageview counts visits without cookies: the page, the referring site, and your browser, device and country. Google Analytics measures the same kind of usage and sets cookies to tell returning visitors apart. Neither is used for advertising, and you can block them with any ad or tracker blocker without losing anything on the site.
• Server logs. The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes requests, including IP addresses, to serve the site and protect it from abuse. Our own request logs, used to fix errors, are kept for up to a week.

Who else sees it

• Cloudflare hosts the site, and Neon hosts our database in the United States.
• Pageview (pageview.app) and Google Analytics receive the usage data above, and fonts load from Google Fonts, so these services see your IP address.
• "Get deal" takes you to the vendor's site, sometimes through an affiliate link. From then on the vendor's or affiliate network's privacy policy applies, and they may set cookies to credit the sale.

We don't sell or rent your data, or share your email with the tools we list.

Deleting your data

Email support@aiblackfriday.net and we'll delete your email and submissions. You can also ask what we hold about you.
